- As a social services coordinator, you will assist with the planning and implementation of social services programs in your facility.
- You will develop and coordinate educational in-services
- You will conduct the assessment of all potential residents
- You will engage in activities and processes directed by your Director
- Bachelor's degree or better in social work, human services, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities
- Experience with PAN
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
