The opportunity

Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team at Hundredfold American Brasserie in Elmont, New York. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside celebrity Chef Tim Hollingsworth and help shape both the current operation and its future growth.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic hospitality leader with exceptional multitasking abilities, strong client‑relations experience, and excellent financial acumen, including full accountability for P&L performance, labor management, annual budget oversight, and operating expense control. The General Manager will bring an expert understanding of food, wine, and cocktails and is deeply committed to delivering extraordinary guest experiences. A passion for teaching, developing, and training a newly built team is essential.

We are looking for someone who is polished, professional, and able to see the full picture of the role—both the immediate operational needs and the long‑term vision for growth.

If you are an experienced hospitality professional looking for your next adventure in a company that provides mentorship and plenty of career growth opportunities, you will be the perfect fit for our collaborative team.
