Overview
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support K-12 students in schools located in Hornell and Bath, NY. This is a contract opportunity running from ASAP through June 25, 2026, requiring an active NYSLP license and TSSLD certification.
Responsibilities- Provide speech and language therapy services to students across grades K-12 within the school setting.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and IEP goals.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with state and district requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and assist with screening and evaluation processes.
- Certified as SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist (NYSLP) license.
- Valid Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) certification.
- Experience in school-based speech therapy preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Schools in the Hornell and Bath areas of New York State.
