Project Manager, Construction Labor ​/ Trades, Building Maintenance

We are seeking a detail oriented Project Manager that will manage assigned projects to help insure our core values of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from planning through completion.
• Support foremen and crews by ensuring they have the necessary materials, tools, and information.
• Attend and contribute to pre-job meetings to ensure proper preparation.
• Coordinate project documentation, including shop drawings, submittals, and change orders.
• Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, attend meetings, and assist in resolving issues.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and job progress.
• Maintain strong communication with supervisors, owners, and subcontractors.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and new wall panel technologies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

Position Requirements :

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work in both office and field environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable using computers and project management tools.
• Must be willing to work outdoors during normal work hours.
• Ability to maintain a weight of less than 300 lbs. (including clothing and backpack) to comply with roofing safety standards.
