Compensation: $50-70 per class/session (depending on experience and certifications)

Position Overview: As an Aquatic Fitness Instructor, you will teach hydro fitness group classes, following the class description set by the Regional Group Fitness Manager. The role requires arriving at least 10 minutes early, teaching warm‑up, conditioning, and cool‑down phases, and maintaining a clean pool area.

• Arrive at class at least 10 minutes before scheduled start.
• Begin and end class on time.
• Instruct hydro fitness classes as assigned by the Group Fitness Manager and/or Fitness Director.
• Provide instruction and coaching to class attendees.
• Accurately record class participation and conduct surveys.
• Ensure pool area is clean and restored at the end of each session.

• Certification as a Group Fitness Instructor by a nationally‑recognized organization.
• Specialty certification in Aquatic fitness.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Minimum 1 year of formal teaching experience.
