Job Summary

The Real Estate Manager is responsible for supporting the company's real estate and facilities operations with a primary focus on managing lease renewals and assisting with facilities and maintenance-related activities. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, landlords, vendors, and property managers to ensure lease obligations are met and facilities issues are addressed efficiently.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Track critical lease dates, including expirations, renewal options, rent escalations, and notice requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage the lease renewal process, including preparing renewal summaries, gathering approvals, and assisting with negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate lease documentation, abstracts, and records within the company’s lease administration system.
  • Serve as a point of contact for facilities and maintenance issues across company locations.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests with landlords, property managers, and approved vendors in accordance with lease terms.
  • Support special projects related to real estate portfolio management and facilities improvements.
Minimum Education And/or Experience Required For The Job
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 4-7 years of experience in multi-site real estate management
  • Proficient in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with commercial lease structures and facilities operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Compensation Details

$100,000 - $120,000 / Year

Supplemental Pay

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.

This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
