Hourly Pay Range:
$56.44 - $70.58 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Part time or full time (if full time, hours would include weekdays also)

Saturday-Sunday
Required Travel: none

What you will need:

Five years or more of experience in primary care required
APNs:
State of Illinois Registered Nurse license, current State of Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license
Current CPR certification issued by either the American Heart Association.
