Position: Marketing Manager (B2B Industrial | HubSpot-Focused)

Adams Magnetic Products is seeking a Marketing Manager with strong Hub Spot expertise to support revenue growth across industrial OEM and visual merchandising markets.

This role owns Hub Spot marketing execution, email marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales enablement, with a clear focus on improving lead quality, conversion, and marketing’s impact on revenue. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, analytical, and comfortable working closely with Sales, Business Development, and leadership.

This is not a junior content role — it is a marketing execution and systems ownership role with direct influence on pipeline and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities Hub Spot Marketing & Operations (Core Focus)
  • Own day‑to‑day marketing execution within Hub Spot
  • Configure and maintain lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and campaign structure
  • Build and manage email campaigns, workflows, lists, and nurture programs
  • Monitor funnel performance and continuously improve MQL → SQL conversion
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Partner with Sales to ensure proper lead routing and follow‑up
Strategic Market Support & Email Marketing
  • Align messaging to defined ICPs and priority markets
  • Execute targeted email and campaign programs using existing ABM content
  • Analyze campaign performance and engagement trends
  • Support ongoing refinement of messaging and segmentation
Sales & Business Development Enablement (ABM)
  • Audit, create, and maintain sales enablement assets such as one‑pagers, case studies, and presentations
  • Support priority accounts and ABM initiatives in coordination with Business Development
  • Ensure enablement tools are current, relevant, and actively used by Sales
Content, Campaigns & Events
  • Coordinate monthly blog content and weekly Linked In cadence
  • Support technical and application‑focused content creation
  • Execute marketing support for trade shows and industry events, including lead capture and follow‑up
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Strong, hands‑on experience with Hub Spot (required)
  • Proven experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and lead management
  • Experience supporting sales teams and revenue‑focused initiatives
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
  • Industrial, manufacturing, or technical B2B markets
  • Account‑Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Trade show and event marketing
  • Familiarity with EOS or similar operating systems
