Hourly Pay Range

Hourly Pay Range: $56.44 - $70.58 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Unique opportunity for an experienced PA or family practice NP or adult NP to provide weekend primary care in Elmhurst, IL.
• Position:
  Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
• Location:
  
  Elmhurst, IL
• Part time or full time (if full time, hours would include weekdays also)
• Hours:
  
  Saturday-Sunday
• Required Travel: none

• Five years or more of experience in primary care required
• APNs:
  State of Illinois Registered Nurse license, current State of Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license
• PAs: current NCCPA certification, current State of Illinois PA license
• Current CPR certification issued by either the American Heart Association.
