Pet Care Specialist – Afternoon & Evening Route; Part-Time

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Weekdays + Optional Weekends

Floofins & Company is hiring dependable
Pet Care Specialists to support our afternoon, evening, and late-night pet care routes in Elmhurst, Downers Grove, La Grange, Wheaton, Lisle and nearby communities.

This
part-time role is supplemental (not full-time) and is ideal for candidates who prefer
evening work and independent field roles.

• Dinner visits and evening dog walks
• Bedtime potty breaks and late-night check-ins
• Feeding, water refresh, litter care, and medications as needed
• Send visit updates and photos through our mobile app

This role often includes a
split shift
, with breaks between visit blocks. We find candidates that live within a reasonable commuting distance to the central service area find the role most comfortable and sustainable long-term. Reliable personal transportation is required for traveling between client homes during each shift.

• Have reliable
  afternoon/evening availability (2pm-10pm)
• Are dependable, communicative, and detail-oriented
• Prefer structured, independent work
• Are comfortable driving between nearby client homes
• Can commit for6-12 months
• Holiday availability is required, as pet care needs continue during major holidays
• Successful candidates must be willing to complete reference checks, a background check, and a drug screening as part of the hiring process

• $15-$17/hour base pay
• With tips averaging $18-$22/hour
• Mileage reimbursement (72.5/mile)
