As a Camp Director, you will support hardworking families and elementary-aged kids during out-of-school time. Whether you're collaborating with school administrators or encouraging students to aim higher, you’ll lead the way toward inspired learning.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and Lead: Train and supervise a passionate team of counselors to create unique and engaging camp experiences.
  • Business Management: Drive business decisions to improve revenue and family retention.
  • Program Quality: Ensure your camp operates effectively, maintaining high health and safety standards.
  • Outdoor Enthusiasm: Promote a love for outdoor activities and nature-oriented consciousness.
  • Family Engagement: Partner with parents to provide the best care and experience for their children.
  • Community Building: Cultivate positive relationships with families, counselors, and community partners.
  • Enrollment Efforts: Lead recruitment and enrollment initiatives to welcome new families to our camps.
Qualifications and Preferred

Skills:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of summer camp experience as a lead, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Passion for Children: A strong desire to create engaging and fun environments for kids.
  • Customer Service: Outstanding skills in customer service, organization, and multitasking.
  • Creative Communication: Ability to deliver engaging content about daily activities to families.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in budget management and revenue generation is preferred.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build sustainable relationships with client partners.
  • Resourcefulness: Self-sufficient and able to navigate challenges positively.
  • Conflict Resolution: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Water Safety: Comfortable in or around water, with knowledge of water safety protocols.
  • Licensing Requirements: Must meet state licensing requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:
