Pediatric Physical Therapist – Clinic-Based Position | Acadia Therapy Services, LLC

At Acadia Therapy Services, we believe great therapy begins with supported clinicians. We are a therapist-owned pediatric practice seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team. Our focus is not only on delivering high-quality services to children, but also on creating a workplace where clinicians feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. Whether you are an experienced PT or a newer clinician looking for mentorship, you will be welcomed into a team that believes in learning together and supporting one another.

• Provide pediatric physical therapy services in a clinic-based setting
• Support children with gross motor delays, strength and balance challenges, mobility needs, and functional movement goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, families, and clinical leadership
• Build meaningful relationships with children and caregivers
• Complete documentation with realistic expectations and dedicated support

• Physical Therapists who value teamwork and communication
• Clinicians who want a positive, encouraging work environment
• Therapists who care deeply about children and also about sustainability and balance
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Maine (or eligible for licensure)
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
