• Treat primarily adult and senior patients
• Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and skill development
• Have opportunities to expand responsibilities as you grow

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence‑based care in:
• Outpatient orthopedics
• Balance & vestibular rehabilitation
• Neurological rehab (pelvic health interest welcomed but not required)
• Build strong, long‑term therapeutic relationships with patients
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive clinic culture
• Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and clinical skill development

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Maine (or license‑eligible)
• 1–5 years of experience preferred (strong new grads encouraged to apply)
• Solid foundation in orthopedic physical therapy
• Interest in balance and vestibular rehab
• Coachable, motivated, and patient‑centered
• Team‑oriented with a desire for long‑term growth
