• Read Job Ticket for proper job and packing instructions
• Help establish proper packing methods and case size for new carton manufacturing
• Pack paperboard cartons into corrugated cases according to specifications
• Identify quality issues and inform management with clear descriptions
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and orderly while following safety rules
• Detect and report inconsistencies on job tickets
• Identify defective materials and safety issues for appropriate supervision
• Maintain good working relations with all employees and supervisors
• Be prepared for cross-training and job reassignment as needed
• Meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to read a ruler and perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Proficiency in using computers with basic manufacturing software.
• Experience in a warehouse or assembly line setting, particularly with conveyor belts.
• Relevant experience in packing or manufacturing environments preferred
