In addition to the hotel accommodations and banquet facilities, the resort features 36-holes of Championship Golf, Indoor Teaching Facility, Lower Year Round Practice Range, Upper Grass Range, Short Game Area, and a 150 yard practice hole.

Turf Valley is looking for an Independent Teaching Professional who will be affiliated with Turf Valley, and will promote themselves in a Professional manner for their personal career growth while following and exceeding the standards our employees at Turf Valley follow.

• PGA Class A Member in good standing
• Motivated Teaching Professional with a desire to build a long term career in Instruction and Performance
• Experience with Video Analysis & Launch Monitor Software
• Strong Communication Skills and ability to work with golfers of all ages, ability
• Willingness to promote themselves and work for themselves

• Experience teaching juniors, ladies, and adult golfers
• Working knowledge of the latest in Swing Technology and Golf Softwares
• Desire to pursue ongoing certifications and professional development
• Additional Teaching & Club Fitting Certifications

• Operate as an independent contractor and maintain all required business licenses, insurance, and certifications.
• Pay all required monthly installment fees on time in order to maintain teaching privileges at Turf Valley Resort.
• Provide professional, high-quality golf instruction that aligns with Turf Valley's service standards and brand expectations.
• Manage and schedule all lessons, clinics, and instructional programs independently, including billing and payment collection from students.
• Utilize designated teaching areas appropriately and adhere to all facility rules, policies, and scheduling guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times while representing Turf Valley Resort.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding schedules, programming, and facility usage.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to independent contractors.
• Understand that teaching privileges are contingent upon compliance with all agreed-upon terms and may be suspended or revoked for non-payment or policy violations.
