We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building web applications from front-end interfaces to back-end systems while leveraging Microsoft Power Platform where applicable. The ideal candidate will have experience with React, PHP, and modern web technologies, and be comfortable integrating Power Apps and Power BI solutions into web applications. This role provides opportunities to work on diverse projects, develop full-stack and Power Platform skills, and contribute to meaningful client solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React, PHP, and related technologies.
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces and robust back-end services.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Integrate Power Apps applications and Power BI dashboards where applicable.
• Connect applications to databases (MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, or others) and external APIs.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and unit testing.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and Power Platform capabilities, proposing improvements to workflows or integrations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (optional but preferred):
• PL-200:
  Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant
• Other relevant certifications, such as AWS/Azure fundamentals, React, PHP, or full-stack development certifications, are a plus and show commitment to continuous learning and cross-technology expertise.
• Solid knowledge of PHP and server-side development.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, or Power Automate).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience with Node.js, Express, or other back-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks like Next.js or Redux.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
