Our Client is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide services to Adults with Intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Guide and assist residents to learning to live and function as independently as possible in community
• Provide direct care, interaction and supervision of the residents, inclusive of all daily needs (meals, grooming, personal needs, transportation, recreation, leisure, medical and medication administration)
• Prepare progress notes, completes daily logs as directed
• May require some or daily driving as needed by the program
• Treat residents with dignity and respect including providing opportunities to engage in decision making, constructive activities and habilitative services to the extent they are able

• Compassionate about the care and well being of others
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Abilty to complete and satisfactorialy pass given background checks
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

• Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health.
