Our services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, or personalized wellness exercise programs—all expertly developed to help you improve your ability to perform daily activities safely and independently, supporting a higher quality of life ed in Maryland, we strive to bring peace of mind and comfort to families and communities.

This is a full-time, on-site role for Therapists located in Anne Arundel County, MD. The role involves evaluating client needs through assessments, creating possible plans to improve home accessibility, and collaborating with clients and their families to implement tailored solutions. Therapists will assist patients with functional and mobility deficits, while improving their strength, balance and flexibility. Additional responsibilities include supporting clients throughout the process, documenting progress, and providing recommendations for continued care or adjustments as needed.

• Expertise in Occupational or Physical Therapy and ability to develop personalized care plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, families, and professional teams
• Knowledge of home accessibility design, adaptive equipment, and safety modifications
• Organizational and documentation skills for maintaining client records and reporting progress
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, COTA or PTA is required
• Experience in home health, geriatric care, or rehabilitation is a plus
• Commitment to fostering independence and enhancing quality of life for individuals of diverse backgrounds
