Base pay: $25.00/hr – $33.00/hr

We are actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) at The Learning Tree ABA. As an RBT, you will implement evidence‑based behavioral interventions that promote lasting improvements in behavior for individuals with autism and related disorders, enhancing the quality of life for children and their families.

• Provide direct‑care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support families and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years or older.
• Have the ability to travel to and between client locations.
• Must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment if not already certified.
