Express Service Advisor

Acura of Ellicott City is hiring an Express Service Advisor to join our growing team! This role is ideal for an experienced Service Advisor who is customer-focused, energetic, and knowledgeable in automotive services. As the key liaison between customers and technicians, you’ll manage the repair process, set clear expectations, and ensure every customer receives a first-class service experience.

• Base salary: $30,000 plus commission opportunities

• Deliver excellent customer service as directed by the Service Manager
• Schedule service appointments and generate repair estimates
• Advise customers on appropriate maintenance per manufacturer’s specifications
• Document repair and service orders accurately and efficiently
• Stay up to date with industry trends and apply knowledge in daily activities
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals
• Provide timely progress updates to customers regarding repair status or changes
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license required; must be insurable under company policy
• At least 21 years of age
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
