Join Our Team at Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant! We’re currently seeking dedicated Part-Time Concierges to become part of our caring and mission-driven community.
Available Schedules- Part‑Time: 4:00pm-8:00pm every other weekend
- Part‑Time: 4:00pm-8:00pm on Thursday & Friday plus every other weekend 8:00am-4:00pm
As a Concierge, you will play a key role in supporting our administrative team, while providing a welcoming and helpful presence to residents and guests entering our community.

What You’ll Do As An LVMG Concierge- Operate telephone, paging, radio, voicemail, and computerized phone systems, answer calls professionally and direct inquiries to appropriate individuals or departments.
- Provide information and materials (e.g., brochures, directions, newsletters, calendars) in accordance with policies.
- Greet visitors and assist with guest room reservations, directing them to the proper offices, personnel, or residents.
- Prepare event and tour signage and assist with maintaining meeting room and event calendars.
- Manage work orders using computer software and support administrative staff as needed.
- Maintain positive, cooperative relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and community partners.
- Perform all duties aligned with the organization’s mission and comply with established policies and procedures.
- Participate in mandatory training, in-service sessions, and cross-training opportunities to enhance clerical support skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a professional setting.
Skills And Abilities
- Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels, including residents, staff, families, external vendors/authorities, and the public.
- Strong attention to detail in writing, proofreading, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating a cooperative, respectful, and compassionate approach to colleagues and resident care.
- Skilled in the use of standard office equipment and technology.
- Maintains professionalism, composure, and a positive attitude when managing challenging situations.
- Physically able to move throughout the workday and lift items up to 20 pounds using safe handling practices.
- May be necessary to assist with resident evacuation during emergency situation.
