Pro Cook, the UK's leading cookware brand, is looking for a dedicated Supervisor to join our team in our Cheshire Store. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about retail and customer service, and ready to help shape a successful team focused on delivering outstanding shopping experiences.

• Supervising and training team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge
• Managing daily store operations to maximize sales and efficiency
• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer service
• Assisting with inventory management and orders
• Resolving customer issues and providing expert advice on products
• Motivating and supporting staff to achieve store targets

Please be aware that this store experiences high turnover and generates over £2 million in sales. It is a very busy environment, so only apply if you are comfortable working in such a setting.

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team
• A customer‑centric approach with excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Understanding of retail sales principles and processes
• Experience with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management
• A passion for cookware and kitchen products is a plus!

• £26,863 per year salary
