• Leadership & Team Development: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, coach, train, and mentor staff, keep the team informed and engaged, and empower the team with up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Operational Excellence: Uphold impeccable shop‑floor standards, oversee daily store operations (opening, closing, and workflow management), lead visual merchandising, and prioritize health & safety.
• Sales & Performance: Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and suggest strategies for development.
