Ellesmere Port | Full-time, Permanent | £31,600 per annum

Kinetic PLC is seeking an experienced Operator with a proven background in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) to join our client's busy and friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment and is confident operating and maintaining machinery to deliver quality output.

Salary & Hours
*£31,600 per annum

* Shift pattern: 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)

Key Responsibilities

* Operate machinery efficiently to meet production targets in a fast-paced FMCG environment

* Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet strict specifications and customer standards

* Report process issues promptly to the Production Management Team

* Carry out machine adjustments, basic fault finding, and clean-downs

* Maintain excellent GMP, H&S, and hygiene standards at all times

* Accurately complete all required documentation and records

* Support continuous improvement by reducing waste and improving efficiency

Essential Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience working in FMCG manufacturing or production is essential
- Proven track record in operating and setting large production machinery
- Strong awareness of quality, health & safety, and compliance standards within FMCG
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good attendance, reliability, and organisational skills
