We’re now looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join the team at our Ellesmere Port branch. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the branch, supporting the team, and creating a great experience for our customers.

• Providing an outstanding and welcoming service to every customer
• Acting as the main point of contact or reporting when the Branch Manager is away
• Growing and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers
• Supporting and mentoring your team to unlock their full potential
• Ensuring everyone that works at our branch is safe and withdrew to company procedures

, so while industry knowledge or experience in a leadership role is an advantage, it’s not essential.
