Aboutthe Role
- Coordinate routine machinery maintenance schedules as well as scheduling work orders (requested maintenance or repair).
- Assist with administering contracts and contractors (including completion of Permits to Work) and monitoring site utilities (including meter readings).
- Utilise our CMM System to set up and administer user accounts, generate PPM checklists, schedules, and other relevant documentation; report on expenditure, PPM completion rates, and machinery downtime.
- Take ownership of the Engineering Stores, maintaining a balanced, well‑organised stock and replacing critical parts.
- Select preferred suppliers for spare parts, negotiate cost‑effective prices, and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager.
- Carry out regular stock checks and maintain the Inventory Control area within our CMM System.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong Engineering/Maintenance Planning background (critical requirement).
- Experience effectively maintaining Engineering Stores in a Manufacturing/Production environment.
- Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management (CMM) Systems, e.g. Agility.
- Experience as a (preferably Multiskilled) Maintenance Engineer (desirable).
- A growth mindset with the desire to continually learn.
- Self‑starter with the initiative to collaborate, improve, and implement.
