Nursery Assistant

Overview

Excell Supply is currently recruiting for a Nursery Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming Nursery School in Ellesmere Port. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school community on an ongoing basis from next half term, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent.

Pay: £13.68 – £14.50 per hour

• Working with individuals, small groups, and whole-class activities.
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.

• Providing extra support to pupils with specific learning needs.
• Encouraging pupil progress, confidence, and independence.

• Previous experience working with primary-aged children
• A passion for supporting childrens learning and development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, empathy, and flexibility.
• Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA qualification desirable but not essential).
