ATA Estimator

Overview

HB Accident Repair Network is recruiting an experienced ATA VDA Estimator to join our modern, high-performing repair centre in Ellesmere Port. This is a key role within the site, responsible for producing accurate, compliant estimates that support workshop efficiency, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance. This role is not suitable for candidates without hands-on estimating experience in a vehicle accident repair centre.

£55,000 OTE + Bonus Potential
• Full-time | Monday-Friday | No weekends

• Produce accurate estimates using Audatex and/or GT Motive
• Capture all vehicle damage correctly at first assessment
• Follow approved manufacturer repair methods including Thatcham and Ezi-Methods
• Process estimates in line with site capacity, budgets, and repair schedules
• Support KPI performance around revenue, cycle time, and efficiency
• Liaise with customers to explain repairs and manage expectations
• Identify and escalate any safety-related repair concerns
• Support Customer Service teams with technical and estimating queries
• Update estimates to reflect approvals, supplements, and final invoice values

• Proven experience as an ATA VDA Estimator within an automotive accident repair environment
• Strong knowledge of all body repair processes and procedures
• Hands-on experience using Audatex, GT Motive, Thatcham and Ezi-Methods
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy bodyshop setting
• Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Applications without automotive accident repair estimating experience will not be progressed.

• £55,000 OTE plus bonus potential
