Our Exercise Specialists are integral to the company. They assist patients with exercise plans and modalities, establish and maintain patient relationships, and drive the patient experience. This role is ideal for individuals who have completed an undergraduate degree and want clinical experience prior to applying to PT/OT school or other medical programs. With 35+ locations, the exercise specialist network offers opportunities for development and collaboration.

IRG Physical & Hand Therapy provides outpatient Physical & Hand Therapy services with a local, community-focused approach. We foster a fun, dynamic, and supportive environment for patients and employees.

• High school diploma (bachelors degree in related field preferred)
• Experience in a customer-facing position
• Knowledge and ability to demonstrate body mechanics, functional movement, and exercises
• Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations

• Physical activity including bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, pulling, pushing, and prolonged standing
• Lifting up to 35 lbs from floor to chest level
• Demonstrating exercises such as jumping, balance tasks, rotation of the shoulder, and use of exercise bands
• Properly transferring patients with good body mechanics while maintaining safety
• Work at an IRG facility and have reliable transportation to the work site
• Potential exposure to viruses, diseases, and infections from patients
• Ability to perform custodial duties using medical-grade cleaning products
• Ability to work at a computer/visual display terminal for extended periods

• Base salary: $17-$20 per hour depending on experience and clinic location
