Position Overview
Full‑time (permanent) Rehab Director – Physical Therapy in a hospital setting in Ellensburg, Washington. Other disciplines considered include Occupational and Speech Therapy.
Caseload will consist of both IP/OP in a hospital facility with varied populations. This is a treating position, along with supervisory and leadership duties. Pay range: $110K–$135K DOE.
Flexible $12,000 Career Bonus:

Role SummaryThe Rehab Director oversees daily operations, staffing, program development, and compliance in the rehab department. Responsibilities include performance evaluations, budgeting, marketing, patient care, and ensuring effective communication with staff, patients, families, and physicians.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and evaluate staff, ensuring efficient department operations.
- Manage budgets, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement new therapy programs and market opportunities.
- Ensure timely and appropriate patient care, complying with state and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred).
- B.A., M.A., or OTD in Occupational Therapy considered.
- M.S. or M.A. in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders considered.
- 5+ years of therapy and management experience preferred.
- Valid therapy board certification and state licensure.
