Mountain View Post Acute is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its Rehab Therapy team in Ellensburg, Washington. This is a 13-week contract opportunity with an ASAP start, offering consistent 8-hour day shifts in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The facility serves a primarily geriatric population and operates 7 days per week
, so flexibility with weekend coverage is required.

In this role, the COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience
, preferably in a SNF environment
. Familiarity with Net Health documentation software is preferred but not mandatory. An active Washington COTA license is required.
