Kittitas Valley Healthcare is seeking a Family Practice Advanced Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our established primary care team in Ellensburg, Washington. This position offers the opportunity to practice broad-spectrum family medicine in a collaborative, patient-centered environment serving a close-knit rural community, in a supportive, team-based environment serving a close-knit rural community.

Job DescriptionThe Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) is responsible for providing care to patients. This includes evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and documentation. The APC is an integral part of the patient care team of providers, nurses and medical assistants. The APC will work closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality primary care across the lifespan.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Completion of appropriate license or certification (PA-C/ARNP)
- ACLS certification (maintenance required)
- Current CPR card (maintenance required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous exposure to clinic environment
- 3, 4, or 5-day work week options available -- full time position with a built in referral base
- Provider friendly scheduling
- Up to $50,000 in student loan repayment

Wage ranges between $136,011 to $175,000 with individual productivity, patient satisfaction, and team incentives. Actual wage will be based on years of applicable experience.
