Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate recent graduate from a Respiratory Therapy program to join our dynamic Respiratory Care Team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to begin their healthcare career in a critical-care hospital environment.
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will deliver essential respiratory care to patients across multiple departments, including the Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), Family Birthing Place (FBP), and Med/Surg units. You will receive hands‑on training and continuous supervision, enabling you to build confidence, refine your clinical skills, and make a meaningful impact from day one.

This position will primarily train during day shift but will transition to night shift upon successful completion of orientation.
QualificationsQualifications
What is required...- Registry with the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) within three (3) months of hire
- Current Washington State Respiratory Therapist license from the Washington State Department of Health
- Current CPR card (maintenance required)
- Current ACLS card (maintenance required)
- PALS within 3 months of hire (maintenance required)
- NRP within 3 months of hire (maintenance required)
- Work and/or educational experience that promoted group/team relationships
Wage range will depend on applicable years of experience and level of license.
CRT - $30.29/hour - $46.06/hour
RRT - $33.21/hour - $48.98/hour
FTE.90 (36 hours/week)
