• Immediate Start: We need a skilled provider who’s ready to step in and make a difference—right away!
• Competitive Pay: Compensation is based on a daily rate, with plenty of opportunities to grow based on your experience and caseload.

• Facility Visits: Travel to skilled nursing facility patients to perform wound care rounds, collaborate with healthcare teams, and deliver essential patient care. Early morning starts may be required.
• Wound Care Expertise: Provide expert care for chronic, surgical, and dermatologic wounds. Duties include bedside debridement, dressing changes, and G-tube care (with training available if needed).
• Detailed Documentation: Keep accurate and timely records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure the highest level of care.

• Experience: Wound Care Certification, has sharp/surgical wound debridement experience, and at least 2 years of experience working in a wound care company and skilled nursing facilities.
• Independent & Motivated: You’ll need to be self-driven, an excellent communicator, and able to work autonomously.
• Licensure: Must have an active Washington NP, DO, MD, or PA license. Certified Nurse Practitioners are a plus!
• Availability
  : willing to travel to different skilled nursing facilities within Tennessee.
• Compensation rate: starts at $650-$1,000 daily, depending on experience.

• Wound care: 2 years (Required)
• Skilled Nursing Facility rounds: 3 years (Required)
• sharp/surgical wound debridement: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification: WCC (Preferred)

Willingness to travel
: 75% (Required)
