Kittitas Valley Healthcare is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a hospital-employed outpatient clinic in Ellensburg, WA. This is a great opportunity for physicians who value rural medicine, continuity of care, and work-life balance.
Responsibilities- Outpatient family medicine, all ages
- Flexible 3-, 4-, or 5-day work week
- Paid malpractice with tail coverage
- Competitive salary $295K–$335K+ with incentives
- Up to $90K loan repayment + NHSC/PSLF eligibility
- Relocation assistance, CME, and 10% employer retirement contribution

The Physician is responsible for providing care to patients. This includes evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and documentation. The Physician is an integral part of the patient care team of providers, nurses and medical assistants.
Qualifications- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
- Eligible for Washington State medical license
- DEA license and NPI
- ACLS, PALS, and STABLE certifications (or ability to obtain)
- Completion of residency.
- Exposure to a clinic environment.
- Flexible schedule options | 3, 4, or 5-day work weeks available
- 16 - 21 patients per day
- 32 patient facing hours per week
- AI Scribe paid for by KVH
- Competitive salary, $295,821 - $335,000 with production, patient satisfaction, team bonuses
- Up to $90,000 in loan repayment | Eligible for PSLF/NHSC
- Relocation assistance and CME allocations yearly
- 10% employer contribution pension plan (no match required)
