Parker Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a skilled orthodontic assistant who enjoys a steady schedule, a well-run practice, and working alongside a respected orthodontist who is deeply rooted in the Ellensburg community.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently step into a busy orthodontic schedule, contribute immediately, and support both our Ellensburg office and periodic coverage needs in Yakima.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Assist with orthodontic procedures including braces, adjustments, and appliances
• Provide confident, efficient chairside support in a fast-paced ortho setting
• Prepare operatories and maintain smooth clinical flow
• Take X-rays, photos, and digital records
• Educate patients on appliances, oral hygiene, and treatment expectations
• Support patient comfort and create a positive experience from start to finish
• Travel to the Yakima location as needed to support the team

You will be required to possess the following:

• Active Washington State dental assistant license required
• Previous orthodontic assisting experience required
• Strong chairside skills and comfort managing a full ortho schedule
• Professional, patient-focused communication style
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
• Willingness to travel to Yakima when needed
