Moon Air Incorporated is seeking an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our trusted team in Elkton, MD. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems for our residential customers within a 30‑mile radius of our shop. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and customer‑focused—someone who can identify and solve HVAC issues efficiently while communicating clearly and professionally with homeowners.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems of all makes and models.
• Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and system tune‑ups.
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining findings, options, and recommendations.
• Ensure all work is completed according to code, manufacturer guidelines, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and documentation.
• Manage assigned truck inventory and tools to achieve weekly revenue goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with new technology and products.
• Represent Moon Air with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Ability to pass background check required.
• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must own standard hand tools.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Full‑Time:
