Security Officer - Unarmed Rounds Driving

Position: Security Officer - Unarmed Rounds Driving Role
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity;
Monitor access points and visitor traffic, verify credentials as required, and assist with directing people to appropriate departments while maintaining site protocols;
Complete detailed reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
