Security Officer Flex Driver Patrol Rounds

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and building perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or operational concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed;
Monitor access points and visitor flow, assist with access control processes, and document unusual activity while helping to maintain privacy and confidentiality expectations within the location;
Complete required reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift pass-downs, using Allied Universal reporting tools and/or client-directed documentation procedures
