Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by following established security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout healthcare buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, assisting with visitor sign-in and/or badging processes, and directing individuals to appropriate locations based on site procedures.;
Complete security-related logs and reports, document incidents accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
