Christiana Care invites you to explore an exciting opportunity to join our team. Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Nurse Manager to work at our Union Hospital in the ICU, VAN and WOC units.
What We’re Looking For- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
- A collaborative spirit and team-oriented mindset
- A strong foundation in cardiac care and post-operative patient management
- A drive to foster excellence in patient outcomes and staff development
- Current nursing licensure in the State of Maryland or compact state required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
- Completed BSN and Master’s degree or alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree and Masters of Science in Nursing
- 5 years appropriate clinical and leadership experience required
- Professional certification in a related nursing specialty required
- Nurse Executive certification preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Full Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, etc.

Hourly Pay Range: $58.26 - $93.22
This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
