The main purpose of this position is to provide unified clinical management and service coordination for both adult and child/adolescent consumers enrolled in the Public Behavioral Health System (BHA) and Administrative Services Organization (ASO). This role requires knowledge of mental health treatment and rehabilitation techniques in the field, and to support a seamless system of care by maintaining policies and procedures for both populations and guiding providers with regulatory and resource-related matters.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: Three years of professional experience in assisting in the coordination of a health-related program(s) or referring people to governmental and private resources.
Notes:

1. Candidates may substitute 30 college credit hours from an accredited college or university on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.

2. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer in Health Care Administration classifications or Civil Affairs Specialist specialty codes in the health-related field of work on a year-for-year basis for the required experience and education.

The desired candidate should possess:

  • Expertise in delivering and coordinating integrated services across the lifespan, including for children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Skills in facilitating interdisciplinary treatment planning with families, provider agencies, schools, and other community partners.
  • Knowledge/Experience of evidence-based and trauma-informed practice.
  • Knowledge/Experience to provide clinical consultation and promote best practices across the behavioral health system of care.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in human services, social work, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
