Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering a multi-line phone system and providing assistance to callers
  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Accurately processing cash and credit card transactions
  • Using computer systems to process customer agreements, service tickets, and dealer exchanges
  • General office duties such as filing, inventory management, and assisting the Office Manager with other tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
    , both in person and on the phone
  • Proficiency with computers and office equipment
  • A positive work ethic and team-oriented attitude
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays
