We're hiring experienced Transmission Repair & Replacement Technicians at our busy Hertrich Elkton Ford location. Not a Ford Master Transmission Tech? We can help you convert your training!

- Perform transmission repair and replacement efficiently and accurately
- Use diagnostic equipment and shop tools safely
- Perform routine inspections, services, and lubrication
- Repair automobiles and light/heavy-duty trucks
- Stay updated on new automotive technologies
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Transmission repair/replacement experience required
- ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and customer service mindset
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
- Full set of tools
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
