As a distribution company, delivering the correct products to the customer timely while providing the best customer service is a primary function. Our Fleet is frequently updated to provide new reliable equipment and consists of small, van‑style, box trucks and standard box trucks; of which are under 26,000 pound g.v.r.w. The distribution delivery driver at Brass Sales is responsible for ensuring all deliveries are made following the delivery performance method on delivery days.

This includes ensuring the appropriate product is delivered based on documents provided and any returns or discrepancies are notated and communicated to both office and the customer. On non‑delivery days, this position will assist the facility with standard location activities which include counter and warehouse responsibilities.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Loading, unloading, and operating a Box Truck
• Communicating and assisting with preparing route plans
• Check accuracy of product at time of delivery, handle product with care to avoid damage and place product in accordance with company policy
• Pick up merchandise from customers and vendors following company procedure and communicate as necessary
• Notify leadership of needs for vehicles such as maintenance or repair and supplies
• Complete other projects as found or assigned

• Employee must have valid driver's license and valid DOT card or ability to obtain without limitations
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening
• Clean driving record
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written and verbal format
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and other employees in both written and verbal format
• Employee must be a team player
