Cleveland Construction Inc is actively hiring 50 experienced Metal Stud Framers and Drywall Hanging Carpenters to join our growing commercial construction team. • Follow all safety rules and regulations established by Cleveland Construction Inc.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site at all times.
• Layout, measure, cut, and install drywall to metal stud framing systems.
• Erect and assemble floors, walls, and ceilings using required tools and equipment.
• Lay out and cut openings for windows, doors, and ventilation areas.
• Install sheet metal panels, molding, exterior parts, and accessories.
• Fasten panels to framing and trim to proper shape using hand and power tools.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Participate in Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) discussions and ongoing safety training.
• Inspect tools and equipment daily to ensure safe and proper operation.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial metal stud framing and drywall hanging experience preferred (1+ year minimum required).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to read measurements and execute precise layout work.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction safety standards.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments.
• Capable of accessing all areas of a job site including stairs, scaffolding, ladders, and elevated surfaces.
• Ability to kneel, bend, squat, stand, and lift materials up to 85 pounds.
• Employment eligibility verification (E-Verify compliant).
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.

• $30.00 – $38.00 per hour

Monday – Friday

Full-Time hours

Overtime may be available depending on project needs

On-site at commercial project locations

Projects primarily located throughout the Mid-Atlantic region (including Maryland and surrounding areas)

Must be able to reliably travel to assigned job sites
