• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance.
• Take action to maintain McDonald’s quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to hand over information.
• Help departments meet their goals and targets.

• Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
• 18 years or older.

Pay ranges: $16.00 to $17.50 per hour.
