Position: Team Lead Lot Operations Specialist (Manheim)

* Job Responsibilities:

** Assists the Supervisors with directing the work of lot operations employees by determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, expediting the workflow, assigning duties, and monitoring work for accuracy and conformance to policies and procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.

* Qualifications:

** High School Diploma/GED and 7 years’ experience.  OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 5 years’ experience; OR 9 years’ experience in a related field  and interaction skills Competent management and excellent organizational skills required.

Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.  Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of AS400 systems. Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Medium strength. Ability to lift 1-30 pounds (light hand tools, etc.)   Manual dexterity, and repetitive motion tasks.

Vision abilities required include close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
