Location
Howard County, MD - Conveniently located off Route 100 and near Anne Arundel and Montgomery Counties

• Schedule Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Pay Rate $38-$45/hour (based on licensure and experience)
• Position Type Full-Time Evening Shift

• 80 hours Vacation Time
• 40 hours Sick Time

• Oversee evening nursing operations to ensure high-quality resident care
• Supervise and support nursing staff, including clinical guidance and mentoring
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee care planning
• Ensure accurate documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Maintain compliance with CPR and First Aid standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Train, coach, and develop nursing staff
• Promote a culture of compassion, teamwork, and accountability
• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license
• Minimum 5 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to make independent clinical and operational decisions
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to resident care
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead with professionalism
