• Conduct assessment of vehicle condition, noting any damage or repair required for frame, paint, engine, AC/heater operation, radio/navigation system, tires, etc.
• Prepare support documentation related to vehicle condition, including vehicle identification data, condition description, repair cost estimates, photographs, etc.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable labor rates, parts charges, and manufacturer updates; adhere to work instructions/procedures regarding inspections/documentation.
• Conduct courtesy walk‑around inspections.
• Follow all applicable safety and health related procedures.
• May be required to locate, start and move vehicles as directed.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.

• Detail‑oriented, accurate, and able to multi‑task.
• General knowledge of mechanical and automotive body work.
• Previous body shop and mechanical experience.

• Weekend Shift: Tuesday – Saturday.
• Tuesday – Friday: 6:00 am – 2:45 pm.
• Saturday: 5:00 am – 1:30 pm.

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb.
• Vision requirements: close, distance, depth perception, and color variations.
• Must be able to work in varied weather conditions.

Hourly base pay: $14.71 – $22.02 per hour. The rate may vary based on location and candidate qualifications. The position may be eligible for commission or incentive programs.

Employees receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off per month and seven paid holidays per year. Additional paid time off is available for bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteer work, military leave, and parental leave.
